Nothing will happen to your website unless you have done something which try to mislead the search engines. Don't try to hide content or create link popularity artificially. Sometimes the search engine algorithm will change and your site become down. Most of the times newly created sites have to face the fluctuations. It's a part of normal line of business. Concentrate more on traffic and conversion than rankings.
