There are mainly two types of SEO:

1. In the optimization of the page
2. Off page optimization
On page : He worked in the meta tags and errors.
Off page : some tools and methods used to increase the ranking and site traffic.

The two main types of referencing are: Hat SEO and bright dark hat SEO. In addition, there is still a form of SEO and that is grayish hat SEO, which can be said that the collaboration of Hat SEO and bright dark hat SEO.

If ask two type of SEO i may think of onsite SEO and offsite SEO .
But seem the correct answer is black hat seo and wihte hat seo , it still left out grey hat seo.

Here are some reason for don't use black hat SEO. Black hat is a spamming method to promote web site in search engine and Google is not friendly with this method. This method is against Google rules and regulation. So, don't do this method and always go with white hate SEO method.

Black hat SEO techniques may quickly deliver results. However, due to the disposable nature of the domains, the results are often short term - although they can be long term.

White hat SEO techniques can take some time to implement but their results tend to last for a long time

There are two types of SEO:

On Page SEO is useful wen you are creating a website and considering the factors such as meta keyword, meta title, meta description etc.

Off Page SEO is useful to get the back links for your site and making your site on top of the search engines by doing various of page activities.

On Page and Off page both are equally important so whenever you are doing SEO you have to perform this both task perfectly. On page optimization is On site optimization you have to make changes on your site like Meta Tag Creation, H1 tag, Alt Tag, Internal Linking, Content Optimization etc. Off Page Optimization: In off page optimization you have to submit your site link/Content to other sites. You can submit your content/link to Directory Submission sites , Social Bookmarking Sites, Article Submission sites this all are the off page activity.

White hat and black hat SEO are two different types of SEO. Google does not consider black hat SEO. Black hat SEO techniques might have some short term positive effect, the long term implications can be disastrous for your website and in turn your business. So don't try black hat SEO.

As there are two types of SEO are really exist, one of White Hat and second one is Black Hat. White hat SEO is one of most authentic option to improve the visibility of site. It's really working according to norms of search engine. It's one of time consuming but most promising way of SEO while Black hat SEO is really one of worst and cheat option to promote the sites. This one can be dangerous for our site existence.

White Hat SEO: White Hat SEO describes the ethical practices used by web designers to optimise a website in order achieve optimal online visibility for specified keywords.
Black Hat SEO: Black Hat SEO is the opposite to White Hat SEO and as such is deemed as being unethical. Black Hat SEO is considered to be an aggressive SEO tactic and as such tend to ignore fundamental search engine guidelines.
