Doorway pages are simple HTML pages that are customized to a few particular keywords or phrases, and its programmed to be visible only by specific search engines and their spiders.

Doorway pages is a black hat seo technique. With this technique the pages view is different for both search engine and user. For search engine it shows as well written and keyword targeted content but for user it is not.
