after submitting the site map to google.com.
They ask me to verify my website, please suggest me how to verify my website!!!

Just follow the Google webmaster tool steps to verify your site. Those steps will clearly explain you.

there are 3 options to verify you website:

1. Upload HTML file on root folder of your server
2. Merge your verified google analytics account with it
3. Put Meta code on your website's homepage

If you have uploaded sitemap.xml file on the FTP server. Then just go to Webmaster Tool and submit sitemap.xml. after few second it will show the status of sitemap.
