Best way to start a site

i agree, you cant get jumpstart on its own. there are many forums out there and people are already using them. so unless you provide something to attract people, they are not going to come to another forum. i see many people pay money so people should post on their forums. and in my opinion Dn Lover is right. if you have budget, its easier to do these things
