Finally, I started a new forum called wfreedom dot com. Now the problem is what steps I have to apply to get lots of visitors. I mean SEO? Forum posting contest? Paid marketing?
I am now totally confused on this, I cannot invest 1000$ for promotion. Can you guys would like to share some useful points to market the forum? What about the owner of this forum? What strategies you are building?

If you want to promote a forum then I would say that develop content, it is the good method of forum promotion, believe me.

Of course to promote a forum, you need to provide quality content regularly for better result.
