Why don't I see newly created backlink?

I created new backlinks which I can't see in google search console. It has been more than months but still don't see them in links section. Some backlinks was found by google and it was showing earlier in links section. But now I no longer see them. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem

I suggest that you should create a new account on wikipedia then edit a thread, insert your url. That's the fastest way to get high backlink.
