Link ability within the Site: There are many ways to do link ability within the site. Basically, you want to give quality resources and outgoing links as appropriate. This can include links to search engines, news sites, etc. Outgoing links can be essential in two ways: they provide incentive for other value sites to link to you when you are previously linked to them, and if internal linkage is done appropriately, it can improve the Page rank.
