They have also announced on their blog that they will incorporate users’ feedback also in certain situations.  Google recently came up with two options for its users to block low quality content websites, Chrome extension and a block link where the users could block sites in their search results once they proceed and return to the search results page. They have also mentioned that user’s feedback will be considered as a secondary data since the new updated algorithm is capable of identifying sites that carry low quality content.  This was rolled out in US before and now globally with minor updates.
