How do you cleverly hide a link on a government website. First become a friend of United States Department of Commerce Office of General Counsel. They get an insider to carefully hide the link right on the homepage with optimized anchor text keyword.

That is UNBELIEVABLE and I'm jealous. Just blatantly slapping a link on a site like that. A .gov with probably a PR9.
