It's the largest Q & A community with about 100 million users. Yahoo Answers have been ranking high in the search results for a long period of time. Currently Yahoo Answers is ranked as the Second most popular Question and answer site on the web.
Since Yahoo Answers has a high ranking in the search engines, this network has also been used by spammers to manipulate and derive heavy traffic towards their sites. Yahoo Answers are a place where questions relating to any topic are asked and Answers are posted by users who are willing to share their views and thoughts. But these days' spammers post junk comments, irrelevant Answers, and backlinks to their site in the Answers. The ultimate aim is just to get noticed or post a site link in the Answers. There are obviously genuine users who post relevant links along with the Answers that the user can refer to with subject to the question asked. But the main concern is that spammers have not spared this platform also from their tricks and activities.
